A project 10 years in the making. We were always enamored with kimchi. How rich in flavor it is, the tangy bite, all of it. We want to bring this authentic taste of Korea straight to you. Proudly made in the USA, we have taken our house-made kimchi and turned it into the perfect form factor that everyone can enjoy. After much trial and error, we have created the ultimate form of kimchi in two distinct sauces: Kimchi Chili & Kimchi Aioli.

It all starts with the Napa Cabbage. To make the ideal kimchi, you need to make sure it is fresh for a perfect texture.
Korean Red Chili Peppers
Not only providing the signature red look for kimchi, Korean red chili peppers give the fiery heat in every beat.
Fermenting
After all preparation is complete, our kimchi is fermented in a specially designed room to ensure quality. We produce all kimchi in house.
Sauces
After a few secret steps, we end up with our beautiful sauces. Ready for dipping, dressing, spreading and more!
