Founded in 2025
Born from a love of kimchi.
We were always enamored with kimchi — how rich in flavor it is, the tangy bite, all of it. We wanted to bring this authentic taste of Korea straight to you. After much trial and error, and 10 years of passion, we created the ultimate form of kimchi in two distinct sauces: Kimchi Chili & Kimchi Aioli.

How It's Made

Napa Cabbage
It all starts with fresh Napa Cabbage. To make ideal kimchi, you need the crispest, freshest cabbage for a perfect texture every time.

Korean Red Chili
Korean red chili peppers give kimchi its signature color and fiery heat. Not just heat — depth, complexity, and that unmistakable kick in every bite.

Fermenting
After all preparation is complete, our kimchi is fermented in a specially designed room to ensure quality and consistency. We produce all kimchi in house.

The Sauces
After a few secret steps, we end up with our beautiful sauces — Kimchi Chili and Kimchi Aioli. Each one a perfect companion for any meal.

We make every batch of kimchi ourselves. No outsourcing, no shortcuts — just the real thing, fermented in house.
All Natural Ingredients
No artificial preservatives, no fillers, no gums. If you can't pronounce it, we probably don't use it.
