All Kimchi Works sauces are shelf-stable. Please refrigerate after opening. The shelf life is 12 months.
If you're not completely satisfied with your KimchiWorks Sauce, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For damaged products, email us at info@kimchiworks.com with pictures of the damaged item(s) and your order confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
